The apartment is ideal for a couple or 2 friends since the apartment has a
double bed and also a double pull-out sofa bed. It is located on the 4th floor of a totally refurbished building just round the corner
from the beautiful Plaza Santa Ana square and 2 minutes walk from Madrid's most central square, the Puerta del Sol.
The apartment building has a lift or elevator, although you have to walk
up a few steps to access. There is also an automatic front door control
with video, allowing you to see your guests from the apartment, before
opening the door to them.
The apartment
is a single space in an L-shape consisting of a kitchen/dining room
area and a bedroom/lounge area, and also has a bathroom with shower.
